Christopher J. Carlo has been practicing law since 1995 and is an expert in Federal Social Security Disabilty (SSDI), Federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Subsequent Injuries Benefit Trust Fund Cases (SIBTF), and catastrophic//career ending California Workers' Compensation cases. 

 

He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR). The California State Bar has certified him as a legal specialist in California Workers' Compensation Law. 

 

He has served as Judge Pro Tem for the WCAB and as an attorney advisor for the Pro Bono Project of Santa Clara County. He is a past Chairman of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section and a bar member of the United States Supreme Court.

Daniel Saban was raised in the Midwest and continues to treat his clients with that same friendly attitude, while passionately advocating on behalf of disabled people and defending injured workers' rights.

 

He has been practicing Social Security Disability (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and California Workers' Compensation law since 2001 and enjoys obtaining the benefits that his clients deserve. 

 

He is an active member in the Santa Clara County Bar Association's Social Security Disability Section and has been a long term member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA). He is president of the Santa Clara County Chapter of CAAA as of September 2017. 

In her role as a workers' compensation attorney, Sally passionately

advocates for injured worker's benefits through strategic litigation and negotiation. She was born in Peru and raised in San Jose. Sally graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Sociology, earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and is a member of Santa Clara County's La Raza Bar Association.

 

In her spare time, Sally enjoys baking, reading, trivia nights, and hiking.

Valerie Vidal was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She joined The Carlo Law Firm over 18 years ago.

As a legal assistant, she is passionate about helping other people.

 

She enjoys helping the firm's clients with their cases and her goal is to ease their stress while streamlining the process. 

 

In her spare time, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her 3 sons.

Imelda Jimenez, Legal Assistant, has been part of The Carlo Law Firm for the past 18 years. Born in Jalisco, Mexico she has lived in San Jose for over 29 years.

 

What inspires her the most about her work with the firm is that ability to ease the fear factor of her clients by ensuring a smooth and stress free experience. 

 

She prides herself in evoking confidence with the clients from the moment she first meets them to the conclusion of the case. She is happy to serve in both English & Spanish.

She loves to travel, read & dance. She also likes to shop and hike.

She enjoys learning about different cultures and creating gourmet meals from new recipes. 

Patrick Chacon, a native of San Jose, is a legal assistant for the firm who is currently pursuing his degree in Liberal Arts and Theology.

He has been with The Carlo Law firm for over 5 years. He is an integral part of the team who keeps his eye on the ball and welcomes every client with a smile and sincere handshake.
